Our mission, first and foremost,

is to bridge the gap between what the schooling ‎system and curriculum structure reflect for what real-world business needs. Our idea is to help individuals receive one on one real live training while they have access to the trainee's experience. This has led us to create a platform ‎that provides a connection forum between trainers (who offer coaching and training) and trainees (those who ‎seek to improve their knowledge and skills in specific topics).

We aimed to make this available to anyone who wants to fulfill the skill gap therefore our Platform membership is ‎entirely free for both trainees and trainers.
